DRUID wins the COnversational COmponents Competition at the 2019th Chatbot Summit in Berlin – the world’s number one chabot and AI conference.
The Chatbot Summit, which took place during 10-13th of December, in Berlin, aims to connect and accelerate the growth of AI conversational technology developers, showcasing the latest technology and trends, developed by over 200 exhibitors and hundreds of speakers, to over 5000 attendees, from over 75 countries.
In this year’s competition, participants had to build and train, a healthcare concierge chatbot, using Conversational Components and an NLP engine of their choosing, while being guided by a jury of AI & NLP tech experts, like Yaki Dunietz, CEO AI Conversation Systems, Jason F. Gilbert, Award-Winning Chatbot Conversational Designer and Chen Buskilla, AI and NLP Researcher.
DRUID’s team, made up of Daniel Bălăceanu, Head of Products, Bogdan Pietroiu, CTO and Dănuț Rădoaica, Data Engineer, designed, developed and trained the winning chatbot in only 6 hours. This performance was possible by using enhanced AI, Machine Learning and NLP algorithms available in the DRUID Platform, which is used by an increasing number of global companies.
