Sanitation service provider uses DRUID AI chatbots to accelerate digital transformation

Large sanitation company launches DRUID AI chatbot to automate customer support for city sanitation services and utilities.

ROSAL, one of Romania’s largest sanitation companies, announces the launch of the Delia chatbot, developed on DRUID technology, for the digitalization of sanitation services offered to citizens of the 4th district in Bucharest.

The solution was designed, developed, and implemented by Software Selector, DRUID implementation partner. Delia was explicitly trained to make it easier to sign online sanitation contracts, fill out equipment applications, pay and download bills for legal entities, and request additional sanitation services from ROSAL.

Delia can be reached directly via the website www.uws.ro and is integrated with SAP Business One, allowing her to access both customer and contractual service details. Delia automatically verifies addresses and identification details based on the Unique Certificate of Entry for legal entities by integrating with the Termene.ro and ANAF networks. At the same time, Delia automatically extracts information from identity cards for individuals via OCRization. The citizens can manually enter the collection address if it differs from the one written on the National ID card.

In the first three months after its launch, Delia helped sign 6,760 contracts with legal entities, while 210,000 sanitation service contracts were signed with individuals. In total, 150,000 users exchanged about 400,000 messages through the chatbot.

We’re working on new My Account tools and functions to make changing addresses in contracts simpler.
